Its BHmax value is 5-12 times that of an ferrite magnet and 3-10 times that of an aluminum nickel cobalt magnet; Its coercive force is equivalent to 5-10 times that of an ferrite magnet and 5-15 times that of an aluminum nickel cobalt magnet. Its potential magnetic properties are extremely high and it can absorb weights equivalent to 640 times its own weight.
Since the main raw material iron of the neodymium iron boron magnet is very cheap, the storage of rare earth helium is 10-16 times more than that of helium, so its price is also much lower than that of samarium cobalt magnet.
Neodymium iron boron magnets have better mechanical properties than samarium cobalt magnets and aluminum nickel cobalt magnets, and are easier to cut and drill and process complex shapes.
